Phil Collins Announces Farewell Tour

British rocker and drummer Phil Collins of Genesis fame has announced his first farewell tour. The Oscar, Golden Globe, and Grammy award winning singing drummer calls the tour his "First Final Farewell Tour". Collins will start the tour in Europe - his first tour in seven years - and then come to North America. The schedule includes two Canadian dates.

Collins got his start with Genesis as the band's drummer after a successful audition in 1970. Later Collins launched a successful career as a solo artist in front of the drum kit.

September 14 Montreal - Bell Centre
September 20 Toronto - Air Canada Centre
